Order and shipment

Order information
All laces are sold in pairs. If you order 1 you will receive 1 pair (2 laces).
Exceptions are the zipper pullers (each), leather from the roll (in one piece) and the "BY THE METER" laces (in one piece)
The prices include VAT and exclude packaging and shipping costs.
The packaging and shipping costs within the Netherlands are €2.95 and for the rest of the world: €3.95.

Payment methods
From the shopping cart you come to the payment page from which you can choose from the various payment methods. Payment is fast, simple and secure.
You can pay at veters.nl using the following methods:

  • Payment in advance (account number: NL89 INGB 0000 222 4 88 in the name of Dé Veterwinkel)
  • iDeal 
  • Bankcontact / Mister Cash 
  • PayPal

Shipping information
After you successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This e-mail contains your order number, address details and the products you have ordered. We request that you check your address details and the products you have ordered one more time just to be sure and, if there is an error, to contact us immediately*.
*We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information such as your address details

On working days we process all (confirmd by us) paid orders that are placed before 3:00 PM the same day. (Excluding holidays, weekends or otherwise indicated on the site.) All other orders will be shipped the next working day.

For example: You place an order on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. It will be shipped the same day (if everything is in stock). If you place an order on Friday after 3:00 PM, it will be shipped on Monday

All our orders are shipped with PostNL.

Shipping cost
The packaging and shipping costs within the Netherlands are €2.95 and for the rest of the world: €3.95.

Why not free shipping?
This is very simple: the costs incurred for shipping (because carriers do not ship for free unfortunately) must be paid in any case.

Most webshops pass on these costs as a kind of surcharge in the sales price of the products.
We can make our products a little more expensive and pretend we don't charge shipping costs, as some of the webshops do.

However, we find this unfair because in this way our customers who order multiple items are punished because they are actually charged double shipping costs.
Most webshops that do not charge shipping costs, therefore earn without you noticing on the "no shipping costs" ...

We prefer to keep the costs open and honest!
