2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our website www.veters.nl.
By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Product information

We do our best to describe our products clearly and correctly. If there is an error in the price or description, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

4. Ordering and payment

Your order is final once payment is completed.
You can pay safely and easily via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact or by transferring money in advance to account number:
NL89 INGB 0000 222 4 88 in the name of Dé Veterwinkel

5. Delivery

Orders placed and paid for on working days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day – if in stock.
If you order after 3pm or during the weekend, we will ship the next business day.
On public holidays or in exceptional cases (as indicated on the site), delivery may take a little longer.

6. Returns / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Please note: custom laces cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. If you use it further than necessary for evaluation, we may charge you.

7. Warranty and complaints

Our products must meet your expectations.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or misuse of our products. Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
