Exchanges and Returns

You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.
Exception:
- Custom made laces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
During this period you may evaluate the product as you would in a physical store.
You may remove it from the packaging unless it contains a seal.
Have you used the product more than was necessary for the assessment? Then we can charge costs for this.
The withdrawal period commences on the day you (or someone else on your behalf) receives the product.
If you order multiple products with different delivery times, the term will only commence after receipt of the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can complete the return form or contact us via info@veters.nl .
Refund
After receiving your return, we will refund the full purchase price within 10 days, including the shipping costs for the outward shipment.
The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense .
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
Our products comply with the legal warranty.
In case of defects, we will, depending on the situation:
- Exchange for a new copy
- To repair
- Or refund the purchase amount (in full or in part)
