1. Shipping information

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. This confirmation contains your order number, the products ordered and the address details you provided.

Please check these details carefully. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery if an incorrect shipping address has been provided.

Orders paid on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day, provided that all items are in stock. If you place your order after 3:00 PM, during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We ship our orders via PostNL. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you selected a shipping method with Track & Trace, the tracking code will be included in the same email.

2. Order information

All shoelaces on Veters.nl are sold per pair as standard. If you order one pair, you will receive two shoelaces, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

There are a few exceptions:

  • Zipper pullers are sold individually.
  • Leather from the roll is supplied in one continuous piece in the selected length.
  • Sold by the meter are supplied as one continuous piece.

The applicable sales unit is clearly stated on each product page. All prices include VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Payment methods

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. At Veters.nl, you can pay safely and easily using the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL / Wero
  • Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer in advance – NL89 INGB 0000 2224 88, account holder: Dé Veterwinkel

Payments are processed through a secure connection via our payment and webshop environment.

4. Shipping costs

The following shipping costs apply:

  • Netherlands, orders under €25: €2.95
  • Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders of €25 or more
  • International shipping: €4.95
  • Switzerland & United Kingdom: €5.95

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Free shipping within the Netherlands from €25

Are you ordering for €25 or more? Your order will then be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

No discount code is required. Once your order value reaches €25 or more, free shipping will automatically be applied during checkout.

For orders under €25, we charge a fixed shipping fee of €2.95 within the Netherlands.

This allows you to benefit from free shipping on larger orders, while we keep shipping costs for smaller orders as low as possible.
