Which lace length do I need for my shoes?
The easiest way is to measure an old lace: remove it from the shoe, lay it flat, and measure the full length. Don’t have an old lace anymore? Visit this page for helpful tips & tricks on how to measure the correct lace length.

Do you have all lengths in stock?
We do our best to keep all lengths and colors in stock. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily unavailable. If that happens, we’ll contact you with an alternative suggestion or an expected delivery time.
Do you see that a specific lace or product is out of stock on the website? Feel free to contact us we’re happy to help you find a suitable alternative or provide an up-to-date delivery estimate.

Can you supply large quantities for companies / schools / teams?
Yes, we can always supply larger quantities and, if needed, produce them directly. Contact us with the desired quantity, lace type, color, and length. We’ll review the options and delivery time with you.

I’m unsure between two lengths. What do you recommend?
If you’re hesitating between two lengths, we recommend measuring your current laces first. The most reliable method can be found on this page.
If you’re still unsure, you can always send us a photo of your shoe (including the number of eyelets and the shoe type), and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right length.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed and paid on business days before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed later are shipped with the next available dispatch.

How long does delivery take?
Within the Netherlands, your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days after shipment. Delivery times depend on the carrier, so delays may occasionally occur.

For Belgium and other countries, delivery generally takes longer. During holidays and busy periods, delivery times may differ from these estimates.

Can I track my package?
Most of our orders are shipped as letterbox mail and therefore do not include tracking. If you would like to track your order, you can choose a shipment with track & trace at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking code to follow your package.

RETURNS & ISSUES

Can I return laces?
You may return your order within the legal return period, provided the laces are unused and in their original condition. Custom-made or specially adapted laces generally cannot be returned. Always check our return policy on the website for the exact terms.

What if the color isn’t what I expected?
Colors may vary slightly on screens compared to the actual product. We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, but small differences can occur. If you’re unsure about a color, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
That should of course not happen. If it does, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items as soon as possible and send them to us. We’ll review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Please note: Custom made laces cannot be returned or exchanged.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay safely online using the most commonly used payment methods, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, or by making a bank transfer in advance. At checkout, you’ll always find an up-to-date overview of the available payment options.

ORDER & CONTACT

Can I change my order after I’ve paid?
As long as your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we can often make changes, such as adjusting the length or color. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, the standard return options apply.
