Top service, zoals je die nog zelden krijgt!

Nadat ik veters had besteld met metalen pinken bleek dat die te dik waren. Via WhatsApp contact opgenomen en en Veters bood aan om ze kosteloos te vervangen voor dunnere veterpinken. Ik heb de veters teruggestuurd en had ze binnen een paar dagen perfect gecorrigeerd terug.
Geen moeilijke discussies maar meteen oplossing ontvangen en snel afgehandeld, geweldig!
